Homeless Solutions Program Funding Competition

​​​​​The Homelessness Solutions Program (HSP) serves as a statewide response to address the issue of homelessness in Maryland, providing technical support and funding to Continuums of Care (CoCs) and Local Homeless Coalitions (LHCs), which coordinate funding and resources for service providers across the state. 

 

Who Can Apply​?

Local lead agencies across the Maryland Balance of State Local Homeless Coalitions (LHCs) are invited to apply for HSP funding on behalf of homeless services providers in their community.

Eligible Projects​

HSP funds can be used for the following homeless services and activities:

• Street Outreach

• Emergency Shelter

• Rapid Rehousing

• Homeless Prevention

• PSH Case Management

• HMIS

• Administrative Costs
